1. Introduction:
This tutorial explains how to use MOSFET as switch. MOSFET is used for high speed and high current switching. For using MOSFET as switch the Gate is pulled up through 8.2K resistance. Positive of source is connected to source. The load is connected to drains. If gate is trigged with grond. It allows current to pass to Drain.

2. Circuit
This circuit explains how to use MOSFET as a switch. The Gate of MOSFET is being trigged here through a series of Pushbutton and transistor.
