Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel an order within 7 days of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at support@roboindia.com and provide your order number. Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, we will process your refund. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, you may not be able to cancel the order.

Refund Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@roboindia.com and provide your order number. Please note that we may ask you to return the product to us at your own expense before we issue a refund. Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
